Mold Be Gone In Commercial Building

This crawlspace in this commercial building essentially had its own unwanted ecosystem. It was an unventilated crawlspace with a small leak that can provide the perfect environment for mold growth in the summer heat. Notice the pools of standing water on the ground as well as all of the saturated insulation that fell. All of the wood was covered in mold. As you can see from the after photo, we dried the crawlspace, treated it for mold, and replaced the vapor barrier. Now thanks to our great team at SERVPRO of Hermitage/Donelson, it looks "Like it never even happened."
